Who can submit my visa application?
Applicants must submit their visa applications and pick up their passports in person. However, if you are unable to come to the Embassy in person due to circumstances beyond your control, you can authorize someone to do so on your behalf by means of a signed letter. In that event, the signature on the letter must be identical to the signature in your passport.

Time: 10AM to 11 AM
Visa Validity.
This visa allows people to visit Russia for a holiday or recreation for a stay up to 30 days.
Processing Time
Visa issuance process can take 5 to 15 working days to get Russia visa from Nepal. Applications should be submitted at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date of departure to allow adequate processing time.
Documents Required
1. Valid Passport
Passport should contain at least one blank page. 3 Copy of Bio Page.

3. Photograph
Photo size should be 35 mm X 45 mm in width.
4. Invitation letter for visa and Confirmation of hotel arrangements from authorized Russian travel company, or directly from the Russian hotel, showing reference number and confirmation number for the visa.

5. Itinerary During Stay in Russia.

6.Proof of sufficient funds to defray all the expenses while in Russia.
Personal status (income source, 6 Month Bank statement with minimum balance of 300000 Rupees, marital status and a complete motivation letter for embassy)
