Pick Up and Drop Off
For same day bookings, please book at least 3 hour(s) before your selected pick up time
Select flight arrival date at checkout. If your flight arrives at 00:00 on 2 May, select 2 May
Your selected pick up date & time should be at least 3 hour(s) before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight
Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 75 minutes after your flight’s arrival
The driver will be waiting at the exit gate closest to the designated luggage belt of your flight, holding a Klook sign with your name on it. If you do not see your driver, please proceed to other exit gate or contact Klook hotline
If you will be delayed, please call the local operator or Klook hotline to inform them of the delay
If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a ‘no show’. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
If the driver manages to contact you but it is past the waiting time, you will be charged SGD15 every 15 minutes
Surcharge table
All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
Child seat:
SGD 17.50 per seat
Additional stops:
SGD15 per stop
Midnight Surcharge:
SGD23 applies for any transfers between 23:00-07:00. If your transfers fall between these timings, please add on a midnight surcharge at checkout
Please note that flight arrivals that are delayed into midnight transfer timings will incur the midnight surcharge
